I believe the body has an incredible intelligence and that symptoms deserve to be listened to.
Rather than chasing one symptom after another I want to understand you, your health history, your patterns, what has changed, and how the different pieces may be connected.
My work is personal, collaborative and designed for people who are interested in ongoing care and a deeper investment in their health, rather than simply finding a quick fix.
You don’t need to know what treatment you need, that’s my job and we can figure it out together.

An exploratory call gives you a chance to tell me what’s been going on, ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about what working together could look like.
