Class Full. Reiki Level 1/2 Training & Certification

Your initial steps into Reiki is an exciting time of self discovery and change. In Reiki Level 1/2 class, you will learn the basics of energy work, practice several ways to treat yourself and learn to give a Reiki treatment to someone else.  This enriching weekend is a great way to reconnect with yourself and your innate healing ability through Reiki and find new ways of incorporating it into your day to day life.

This two day course provides the basics to begin practicing Reiki on yourself and others. All course materials are provided.

**Masks will be required as per Ontario law and protocols are in place to respect social distancing as necessary**

Day 1 - Reiki Level 1

• The History of Reiki 
• Theories of Human Energy Systems, including Chakras & Auras
• Energy-based meditations and self-guided healing
• All Level 1 symbols & attunements
• Best practices for treating friends & family members and attending Reiki Shares
• Hands on practice treating ourselves and our co-students

Day 2 - Reiki Level 2

• Level 2 symbols & Attunements
• Energy-based meditations and self-guided healing
• Self-protection and cleansing
• Distance Reiki
• Hands on practice treating ourselves and our co-students

This class offers 12 hours of instruction and practice and includes a manual and sealed certificate. 

No experience or prior skill is needed. Since each journey is unique, we suggest you bring a journal or notebook with you. Class size is kept to eight or fewer for personalized attention and support. Come alone or enroll with a friend or loved one.

This course is taught by Chantell Tunney is a clinical hypnotherapist, master NLP coach, registered Canadian Health Coach, homeopath and Reiki Master. She has over 20 years in extensive experience working with energy therapies and holistic healing.
