About the event
Daily life is full of routines that we can easily 'fall into'. These routines are beautiful invitations for something so much more when we move through our day in ritual. Many people ask me how to establish these practices to create a more simple approach to overall wellness, so I have developed this sweet little class to walk you through the basics of establishing something simple and effective.
Please join me for this free class as we cover:
- how to structure something that is simple and works
- setting up an area for practice
- basics for meditation - even for the self-professed 'non-meditator'
- how to use mala beads for meditation, intention and calming of the mind
- using chanting
- movement
- energy clearingÂ
- and much more.
Proceeds of this class are being donated to True North Aid Emergency COVID-19 Relief Fund.Â
True North Aid is dedicated to serving and supporting northern Indigenous communities in Canada through practical humanitarian support. With more than 60 per cent of Indigenous children living below the poverty line, there is much work to be done. The issues facing Indigenous communities in Canada are complex and are the result of many things that have transpired over the past 150 years. True North Aid believes that self-governance and self-determination is key to closing the poverty gap.
