Join Liam van Reisen, Personal Trainer and Mobility Coach for this dynamic bootcamp series to release pain, increase flexibility and open up more ease.
No prior fitness level or ability is required, this is open for everyone because pain is pain! Each workshop focuses on specific areas like tight hips, poor posture, tight upper back and neck or low back discomfort, but every class offers value on its own. With small groups capped at 8 people, sessions are adaptable to all levels and needs.
Designed to address the most common sources of pain, each 60-minute class combines targeted mobility, core activation, and functional strength training. Classes can be designed as stand alone or be used to build progressively each time, helping you reinforce proper movement patterns, unlock restricted areas, and improve total-body alignment.
