Releasing weight relies on many things, all of which are orchestrated within our bodies and minds. This 2-hour intensive workshop will explore our mental, emotional and physical connections to health and will include group coaching, hypnotherapy and hands-on learning.
Releasing excess weight involves more than just food and exercise. It is about how you think, the habits that drive the habits and developing strategies that can help to sustain your goal. By caring for your body and mind as a SYSTEM you boost your immunity, metabolism and mental health.

In this workshop you will learn about:
- Living in alignment with natural cycles
- Simple ways to build regular cleansing routines into your lifestyle for energy & wellness
- Linkage between emotions and weight
- Moving through obstacles with self-coaching techniques for a success, health and abundance
- Introduction to hypnosis for weight loss - included group session
