This immersive Chakra Workshop is designed to help you build a deeper, more intuitive relationship with your body’s energy system. Together, we will move through each chakra, exploring its unique qualities through sound, movement, intention, and mind-body connection. You’ll gain a grounded understanding of how your energy expresses itself physically, emotionally, and intuitively and how to work with it in a way that feels real and embodied.
