Ease your mind. Meditation is a invaluable tool for improving mental and emotional wellbeing. Join us each weekday morning at 6:30am for FREE for community meditation. These sessions are open to clients, students in my meditation class or to anyone interested in learning more about the program.

The purpose of this community is to help you develop practice, focus and routine to strengthen and ground your interest in daily meditation. In addition it has been designed to strengthen the tools and foundation taught at Sunday classes.
