Many people ask me how to establish spiritual and wellness routines/rituals, so I have developed this sweet little class to walk you through the basics of establishing something simple and effective.
Please join me for this free class as we cover:
- how to structure something that is simple and works
- setting up an area for practice
- basics for meditation - even for the self-professed 'non-meditator'
- how to use mala beads for meditation, intention and calming of the mind
- using chanting
- energy clearing
- and much more.
