Gently release your anxiety through the imagery of light and bubbles. This hypnosis will unlock the power of your subconscious mind to work through issues you are concerned about and allow for easier resolution through rest.
This hypnosis track is 29 minutes in length and is recommended for daily listening.and includes a count out at the end for waking.
If you are experiencing trauma or have extreme anxiety, this hypnosis may assist you but will not replace NLP and hypnosis treatment that may be required to release the causation of the issue.
