Reflexology

Relax. Balance. Release.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a natural therapeutic technique based on a simple idea: the body has its own resources to restore balance, and certain areas of the feet, hands, or face can help activate these mechanisms.
Each foot contains a true map of the body. Every reflex zone corresponds to an organ, a gland, or a function for example breathing, digestion, circulation, stress etc.
By applying precise pressure to these points, signals are sent to the nervous system, helping the body to:
-
release tension
-
improve circulation
-
rebalance certain functions
-
restore overall harmony

What happens at your first appointment?
The first session lasts about one hour.
In a calm and soothing environment, Léa, a certified reflexologist, will begin by asking a few questions to understand your needs, your current condition, and what you would like to improve.
She will start the treatment with gentle realignment techniques on the head, shoulders, neck, arms, until the legs. These movements help release initial tension and prepare the body for the reflexology work
Then begins the reflexology phase.
Using different oils, Léa will combine precise pressure on the reflex zones of the feet with flowing massage movements, promoting internal balance and deep relaxation.
For optimal comfort, she works up to the knees, so wearing clothing that can be easily rolled up is recommended.
After a session, many patients report:
-
deep, immediate relaxation
-
a feeling of lightness and smoother circulation
-
better stress management
-
more restorative sleep
-
improved physical comfort
-
renewed energy and mental clarity
This treatment offers a space where the body can finally unwind, recover, and reorganize itself. Many people say they enter a meditative, deeply restorative state during the session. Reflexology is known to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s system for rest, recovery, and healing.
