For the first time in five years, we are excited to re-open our
Community Meditation Program - Just One Breath!

In a world shaped by constant change and uncertainty, many of us carry an invisible burden of stress. This weight quietly weaves through our minds, bodies, energies, relationships, and even our opportunities. Meditation offers a simple yet powerful exercise: strengthening mental focus while releasing the noise and chatter that cloud our clarity.
Think you can’t meditate because you can’t quiet your thoughts?
Welcome to being human! The difference between those who struggle and those who find ease isn’t talent — it’s practice.
Learning and practicing meditation in a group setting offers an incredible opportunity for growth and learning. It gives you the chance to learn from others, move through your personal blocks, and build the structure and support you need to form a lasting habit.
If you're looking for increased peace, improved stress management, or a method to remain grounded during uncertain times, welcome to the Just One Breath Meditation and Stillness Program. We invite you to participate either in person at our lovely downtown Burlington, Ontario location or online from wherever you are.
